It's true Anne will never be gone! She was just at my husbands,William Maurer's downtown bench dedication!I know he and his sketch group would all be devastated that she's passed away. Anne was a wonderful person not to be forgotten by her friends. The memory of her laughing, discussing a book, talking about her family, her dog, swimming in her pool. Everything thing she did brought her joy and joy to her friends.

Anne will never be "gone." Her sojurn on Amelia Island introduced us to her many facets: journalist....creative author....satirist...humorist...painter...hostess. She was eternally curious about what made thr clock tick. Anne loved animals and people...and we loved her right back. Her many Amelia Island friends offer our condolences to her family. Thank you for sharing Anne's light with all of us.

Anee was the first friend I met on the beach with our dogs: Cooper & Gavin. She had great intelligence, a wicked sense of humor and a broad understanding and appreciation of geopolitics. My condolences to her family, especially husband Ralph.
